Q. Can you speak English? Is it okay to speak languages other than English?: If you contact us in advance by email, we will arrange for you an English-speaking staff. If you need a language other than English, please contact us in advance by email.
Q. Can I consult with you even if I haven’t decided on a design yet?: Of course. We will work together with you to create a style that suits you.
Q. How can I pay? Can I use my overseas credit card or loan?: Unfortunately, you can not use credit cards but only use cash or bank transfers. (Remittances from overseas accounts are possible.) We do have loans available, but you will need a Japanese bank account. There are other requirements, so please contact us.
Q. Please tell me the construction process.: Please contact us first. The first interview, first proposal, and first revision are free of charge. If you proceed beyond that, we will charge you a 10,000 yen (excluding tax) application fee.
Q. How can I contact you?: Please contact us by email or phone. If you would like to call us, please contact us by email in advance so that we can arrange for you an English-speaking staff. (Please note that it may take some time for us to reply.)
